Stout successfully completed three consecutive phases of tenant improvement and expansion work for Anaheim Clinical Trials, demonstrating our ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects within occupied medical facilities. Each phase required close coordination with the client, specialty subcontractors, and building management to deliver high-quality results while minimizing disruption to ongoing clinical operations. 

Throughout these expansions, Stout’s team worked closely with the owner to navigate incomplete MEP plans, offering value engineering solutions and ensuring the final layout was both cost-effective and aligned with the client’s operational goals.
