Stout has also built central kitchens, concessions counters, and coffee shops.

    Stout has also worked on many TI (Tenant Improvement) projects with the goal of transforming an industrial space into a mixed-use or flex space, so you can operate your business from one location.

  • Stout has completed many exceptional medical projects including urgent care clinics across the Western United States, clinical trial centers, and occupied remodels with ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) Level V requirements.

  • Stout’s Multifamily portfolio includes condos, townhomes, and apartments. Stout is experienced in building in downtown areas where space is limited. Stout has also worked on Affordable Housing projects.

  • Stout has completed many Concrete Tilt-Up office projects and well as mixed-use and flex spaces. Stout has built offices from the ground up, remodeled, and worked on (TI) tenant improvements to make custom, modern spaces to work from.

Subcontractor Selection

We proactively reach out to proven subcontractors with strong safety and performance records, including those identified through our collaboration with Piute School District. These subcontractors receive personal invitations and insights into value engineering opportunities identified during preconstruction and design. Early subcontractor involvement enhances budget accuracy and fosters ownership in the project.

Quality Assurance

Prioritizing clear communication between owners, design team, project management, and subcontractors is one of the most simple, but effective ways to control quality throughout the duration of a project. On site management, regular visits from senior management team members, and the daily use of Procore, our construction management software will keep everyone informed with the most up to date information. 

Site Safety

At Stout, safety is integrated into every phase of the project-from pre-design through completion. We proactively address safety and security in scope definitions, subcontractor contracting, and ongoing site management to create a secure work environment for all.

Stout ensures owners and design teams have direct, easy access to key project leaders throughout the entire project. You’ll have the superintendent’s daily on-site presence and the project manager’s mobile number for quick questions or updates.

We use Procore, a user-friendly software platform to keep owners, architects, subcontractors, and our team on the same page with real-time project information.

That’s why our planning process extends well beyond our construction fence.
