Quality Assurance
Prioritizing clear communication between owners, design team, project management, and subcontractors is one of the most simple, but effective ways to control quality throughout the duration of a project. On site management, regular visits from senior management team members, and the daily use of Procore, our construction management software will keep everyone informed with the most up to date information.

Stout ensures owners and design teams have direct, easy access to key project leaders throughout the entire project. You’ll have the superintendent’s daily on-site presence and the project manager’s mobile number for quick questions or updates.
We use Procore, a user-friendly software platform to keep owners, architects, subcontractors, and our team on the same page with real-time project information.
