Description

Stout Construction successfully completed the Central Cove Early Learning Center in Vernal, Utah, delivering a modern facility dedicated to early childhood education and research. This project was executed under a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery method in close collaboration with the Uintah School District and Utah State University, who are conducting ongoing research at the center, modeled after the Edith Bowen Laboratory School in Logan.

Throughout the preconstruction phase, Stout Construction focused on value engineering, implementing strategic cost-saving measures that significantly reduced overall expenses without compromising design intent or quality. The result is a durable, efficient building featuring advanced play and learning spaces tailored to support developmental needs and educational innovation.
