Description

For the U of U Ortho Pool Infill Remodel, Stout minimized disruption by installing a temporary 35-foot exterior scaffold staircase and converting a storefront window into the main construction entrance. This innovative approach allowed the team to avoid lobby access entirely, ensuring occupant safety and maintaining normal building operations. 

The project was completed under strict ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) requirements, further protecting building occupants throughout construction.
