Celebrating 20 Years of Stout

Celebrating 20 Years of Stout is a chance to reflect on how far the company has come since its founding in 2006 and the steady growth that has followed. Over two decades, Stout has built a reputation for dependable delivery, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing the work the right way.

That success is grounded in more than project volume. Stout’s TRIR of 0.69 and EMR of 0.76 reflect a safety culture built to protect people, reduce risk, and keep projects moving smoothly. Those numbers matter because they show clients and partners that safety is not an afterthought at Stout, it is part of how the company plans, manages, and executes every job.

Just as important, Stout’s team has depth and staying power. Thirty percent of full-time staff have been with the company for more than five years, and half of that group has more than ten years of tenure. That kind of continuity speaks to a stable organization, experienced leadership, and a team that knows how to work together to solve problems and deliver results.

The past year has also brought major momentum on the project side. Stout recently completed several flagship projects, including the Nusano Pharmaceutical Radioisotope Production Core and Shell and Central Cove Early Learning Center, and has started work on a new three-story office building for Trove Brands in Lehi. Those projects reflect the same qualities that have defined Stout since 2006, including consistency, craftsmanship, and a focus on long-term client success.
